A CELEBRATION AT HOBO — AND A FIRST FOR MY CERAMICS

During the 9-year celebration weekend at HOBO Hotel Stockholm, I had my pop-up with art prints, T-shirts, poetry cards — and for the very first time, my ceramics.

Teapots and cups with personality.
A little Alice in Wonderland, a little punk. Slightly imperfect, slightly twisted, and very much alive.

I didn’t know what to expect presenting them for the first time.
But the reaction was immediate.

People stopped. Looked closer. And almost instinctively — chose a favorite.

That’s always the intention behind my work.
Not for everyone to like the same piece, but for each person to find their piece. The one they connect with without overthinking.

Everyone starts as strangers, and for me that’s the most natural place to begin. Conversations happen easily. People open up. And suddenly it’s not just a market — it’s an exchange of thoughts, emotions, and stories.

I also let visitors try drawing with a dip-ink pen — the same one I use. Hesitation quickly turned into curiosity, then focus.

That’s what I do.
Capture emotions, thoughts — a vibe.

And this time, the ceramics found their place in it too.
