Scrum Master

BJÖRG has successfully completed the "Certified Scrum Master" course, obtaining the ALL-Certified Scrum Master certification. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of the principles underlying Lean, Agile, and, in particular, the fundamental practices associated with them. Following the completion of this course, BJÖRG is well-versed in Scrum and can actively contribute to its effective implementation. She is equipped to fulfill the role of a Scrum Master, gaining a fresh perspective on leadership.
