Nurturing a Lifelong Learning Mindset

In addition to educations at universities and certified courses, I work a lot with continuous competence development both within and outside the organization and through design networks. Competence sharing and competence development is a large part of my everyday life where I constantly absorb new information and further develop it. 

I established UX People, Sweden's largest network for competent sharing in UX design, among other ventures. Additionally, in my role as a Design Director, I spearheaded numerous initiatives as a leader in competence, fostering various forums for sharing expertise and ensuring quality assurance.
